The administrator of the personal data is Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Linke Kulicki sp. p. with its registered office in Warsaw, 31 Ogrodowa Street / apartment 54, 00-893 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number: 0000915270, holding NIP 5223207551, REGON 389662917 (hereinafter referred to as ‘APD’).
Legal basis for the processing of personal data:
1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter ‘GDPR’,
In relation to the APD’s processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
1. the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, removal or restriction of processing,
2. the right to oppose the processing,
3. the right to transfer your data,
4. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose, where you have given such consent,
5. the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority in relation to the APD’s processing of your personal data.
The above rights can be exercised by the user in accordance with the principles described in Articles 16 – 21 of the GDPR by contacting the APD at the following address sekretariat@linkekulicki.pl.
The provision of personal data by the user is always voluntary but necessary to use the functions of the Site.
APD guarantees the confidentiality of any personal data provided and ensures that all security and data protection measures required by data protection legislation are adopted. Personal data shall be collected with due care and adequately protected against access by unauthorised persons. Personal data are processed exclusively within the territory of the European Union.
APD does not transfer or trade your personal data. The user’s personal data are not transferred to other persons or institutions without the user’s consent. The personal data processed by the APD may be made available to authorised state authorities at their request only on the basis of relevant legal provisions.
APD entrusts the processing of personal data to the following entities:
1. DHOSTING – in order to store the data on the server,
2. MAILERLITE – for the purpose of using the mailing system.
Use of the Site
In order to use the functions of the Site such as the newsletter and the contact form, the user must provide his/her personal data, i.e. name, e-mail address, company name.
The legal basis for processing the user’s personal data contained in the registration form is the consent given by the user.
The data provided in the contact form and the newsletter sign-up form will be stored in the APD database.
E-mail contact
When contacting APD by e-mail, the user provides his or her e-mail address as the address of the sender of the message. In addition, other personal data may also be included in the content of the message. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in such a case is the consent resulting from the initiation of the contact with APD. The personal data of the user provided to APD in the context of an e-mail contact shall be processed exclusively for the purpose of handling the request. The content of the correspondence may be subject to archiving.

Analysis and statistics
APD uses cookies to track the statistics of the Site, such as the number of visitors, the type of operating system and browser used to browse the Site, the time spent on the Site, the sub-pages visited, etc. APD uses the Google Analytics tool in this regard. The information collected in this regard is completely anonymous and does not allow the user to be identified. Cookies from Google LLC concerning the Google Analytics service are used for this purpose.
The use of Google Analytics services involves the implementation of a tracking code provided by Google in the code of the website. This tracking code is based on cookies, but may also use other tracking technologies.
Marketing
APD uses Facebook’s marketing tools to target advertising to the user on this website. For this purpose, a Pixel tool provided by Facebook is implemented in the code of the Website, which remembers user visits. Facebook cookies are used for this purpose.
Server logs
Use of the Site involves sending requests to the server on which the Site is stored. Each request made to the server is recorded in server logs.
These logs include, but are not limited to, the IP address, date and time of the server, information about the internet browser and operating system used by the user. The logs are saved and stored on the server.
The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific persons using the service and are not used by APD to identify the user.
The server logs are only ancillary material used to administer the application and their contents are not disclosed to anyone except those authorised to administer the server.
